Rules, shown in full: A proposal passes only if you vote Yes AND community support is 50% or more AND the treasury can pay its cost. Passing spends the cost and gains the project. Rejecting or abstaining spends nothing. Trust changes: +5 if you follow the majority (support 50%+ and you vote Yes, or support under 50% and you vote No), −5 if you vote against the majority, 0 on abstain. If treasury goes below 0, the game ends. Win at Proposal 10 with 6+ projects done, treasury 0 or more, and Trust 60+.
